Individual Development Account (IDA)

This asset-building program from NODA will give you two dollars for every dollar that you save.*  The money must be used for the following:

• Purchase a Home
• Start a Small Business or expand an  existing one
• Post-Secondary Education
• Home Improvement/Repair
• Predatory Lending Assistance

The program is available to any Lucas County resident who has earned income and whose combined household income from all sources does not exceed 200% of the federal poverty guidelines (a household of 4 could make up to $40,000 and still qualify).
